Job Description:
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Adjust the specifications of goods or services needed by the project
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services
Reviewing the local market price and availability
Maintain communication to customer, sub suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
Up-dating the database of supplier (e.g vendors, quantities, prices, Vendor)
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
Having minimum 3 years relevant work experiences in the same position and Interior Industry.
Good communication, leadership, negotiation skill, ERP, Vendor Management.
Detail, honest and capable of building relationships across the organization with internal users.
