BRANCH MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our branch located in Indonesia. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals and ensuring the efficient and customer-focused delivery of our financial services. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of PT Smart Multi Finance.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to achieve business targets, expand market penetration, and drive sustainable portfolio growth

2. Ensure healthy portfolio performance by controlling credit quality, monitoring risk indicators, and enforcing compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

3. Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence

4. Lead, develop and evaluate branch teams by fostering a high performance culture and strengthening employee capability

5. Represent the company at local community events and networking activities to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar branch management as a branch manager or leadership role within the retail banking or financial services industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team

3. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results

4. Through understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

5. Willing to be placed across all regions in Indonesia
