We are a private villa owner looking for an experienced, hands-on Villa Manager to take care of the day-to-day management of multiple long-term rental villas in Kaba-Kaba/Tabanan, Bali. The role is split between our office in Tumbak Bayuh and on-site at the villas. This is a trusted, varied role for someone who works well independently and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Villa & Property Management

• Carry out regular villa inspections and document findings with written reports and visual records

• Coordinate maintenance and repair works — sourcing quotes, scheduling vendors and following up to completion

• Make sure all villas are well maintained at all times

• Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly and professionally

Staff Coordination

• Day-to-day oversight of cleaning and gardening staff

• Monitor attendance and make sure cleaning standards are consistently maintained

Administration & Reporting

• Keep the villa management log accurate and up to date

• Track expenses and make sure all bills are signed, recorded and filed

• Maintain the Account Flow Report and keep Google Drive organised

• Provide regular updates to the owners

Tenant Relations

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants on day-to-day matters

• Handle requests and issues professionally and in a timely manner

• Support end-of-tenancy processes including inventory checks

What We’re Looking For

• Direct, hands-on villa management experience is required

• Someone who works independently, follows through on tasks and doesn’t need to be micromanaged

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

• Own transport required for travel between the office in Tumbak Bayuh and on-site at the villas

• Available to start immediately

• Reliable, honest and trustworthy — this is a position of trust

• Experience working with international clients or in a villa/hospitality environment

• Familiarity with Tokopedia and Shopee for sourcing supplies
