Responsibilities:
Develop and execute finance, accounting, tax, and logistics strategies aligned with the Company’s business plans and short-term and long-term objectives.
Lead the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, budget-versus-actual analyses, and provide management recommendations to improve cost efficiency and Company profitability.
Manage the Company’s cash flow and working capital, including customer receipts, supplier payments, accounts receivable and payable controls, and ensure sufficient funding to support business activities.
Ensure that accounting records, reconciliations, financial closing, and financial statement preparation are completed accurately, timely, consistently, and in accordance with accounting standards and Company policies.
Ensure accurate and timely tax calculation, payment, reporting, and documentation, while managing tax risks and supporting tax audits when required.
Develop and ensure the implementation of internal controls, transaction authorization, segregation of duties, and document completeness to mitigate the risks of errors, fraud, asset loss, and non-compliance.
Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers to ensure accuracy in delivery time, quantity, specifications, quality, and documentation, and ensure that any discrepancies are properly followed up.
Oversee the preparation and delivery of goods to customers to ensure compliance with customer orders, sales documents, delivery schedules, quality standards, and on-time delivery targets.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Logistics teams, while implementing continuous process improvements, digitalization, and cost-saving initiatives.
Establish and monitor KPIs for the Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Logistics functions, ensure compliance with Company SOPs and policies, and collaborate with other departments to support smooth business operations.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, Taxation, or another relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Possess strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial closing, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and applicable accounting standards.
Able to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, working capital, cost analysis, and the Company’s financial performance analysis.
Understand Indonesian tax regulations, including tax calculation, payment, reporting, documentation, and tax audit handling.
Understand the processes of receiving goods from suppliers and delivering goods to customers, including quantity, quality, specification, documentation, and delivery-timeliness controls.
Possess the ability to develop and implement internal controls, segregation of duties, transaction controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, coaching, team development, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, PivotCharts, lookup functions, analytical formulas, and data processing. Experience in using ERP systems, accounting software, or logistics systems is required.
Demonstrate high integrity, attention to detail, confidentiality, results orientation, and the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
Able to communicate effectively in spoken English for reporting, meetings, and communication with foreign shareholders or management.
