Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to oversee a designated kitchen section and ensure the consistent preparation of high-quality dishes. The successful candidate will maintain 5-star culinary standards, support kitchen operations, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Kitchen Operations
Manage an assigned kitchen section during service.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and standards.
Complete mise en place before service.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the assigned section.
Food Safety & Quality
Maintain 5-star culinary standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Minimize food waste and ensure proper stock rotation.
Report equipment issues or shortages promptly.
Teamwork
Work closely with Sous Chef and Head Chef.
Support and guide Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Partie when required.
Contribute to continuous improvement and menu consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or 2–3 years as a Demi Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel, resort, or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic English is an advantage.
