As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a highly capable Finance Controller / Head of Finance (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee financial operations, accounting management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting across the company.

This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, leadership, and the ability to coordinate closely with management in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Management (财务与会计管理)
Oversee daily finance and accounting operations of the company.
负责公司日常财务及会计工作的整体运营。Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and management reports.
确保财务报表及管理报表准确、及时完成。Monitor company cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactions.
监控公司现金流、运营成本及各项财务交易。Supervise bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial documentation.
监督账务处理、对账工作及财务文件管理。Ensure proper implementation of accounting procedures and internal controls.
确保会计制度及内部控制流程得到有效执行。Coordinate monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
统筹月结及年度财务结账工作。
Tax & Compliance Management (税务与合规管理)
Handle company taxation matters including PPh, VAT, and related tax reporting.
负责公司税务事务，包括所得税（PPh）、增值税（VAT）及相关税务申报。Ensure company compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial requirements.
确保公司符合印度尼西亚税务法规及财务合规要求。Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and related parties.
与税务顾问、审计师及相关单位保持良好协调。Prepare and review tax documents, financial reports, and supporting documentation.
编制及审核税务资料、财务报表及相关支持文件。Monitor updates related to tax regulations and accounting standards.
持续关注税务法规及会计准则的最新变化。
Management & Operational Coordination (管理与运营协调)
Coordinate with management regarding budgeting, financial planning, and operational cost control.
与管理层协调预算编制、财务规划及运营成本控制。Support Director in financial analysis and business decision-making.
协助总经理进行财务分析及经营决策。Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, HRGA, and Operations departments regarding financial matters.
与采购、销售、仓储、人事行政及运营部门协调各项财务相关工作。Monitor financial risks, payment schedules, and operational financial processes.
监督财务风险、付款计划及运营财务流程。Ensure smooth communication between finance department and other departments.
确保财务部门与其他部门之间沟通顺畅。
Team Supervision (团队管理)
Supervise finance, accounting, and tax staff performance.
管理并监督财务、会计及税务团队的工作表现。Ensure reporting accuracy, task completion, and department workflow efficiency.
确保报表准确、工作按时完成及部门运作高效。Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
为财务团队成员提供指导与支持。Maintain discipline, organization, and confidentiality within the department.
维护部门纪律、工作秩序及财务信息保密。
Requirements (任职要求)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
本科及以上学历，会计、财务、税务或相关专业。Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles.
具有至少8年以上财务、会计及税务相关工作经验。Minimum 2–4 years of experience in managerial or supervisory level.
具有至少3-5年以上财务团队管理经验。Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written & reading) — Mandatory.
中文听、说、读、写流利（必须）。Good understanding of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations.
熟悉印度尼西亚税务法规及会计准则。Experienced in handling financial reports, tax reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
具备财务报表、税务申报、预算管理、现金流管理及财务分析经验。Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
具备优秀的领导能力、协调能力、沟通能力及问题解决能力。Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
工作认真细致，责任心强，能够承受工作压力。Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
能够高效管理多项工作并按时完成任务。Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software.
熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 及各类财务软件。Able to communicate directly with Chinese management in Mandarin without an interpreter.
能够使用中文独立与中国管理层沟通，无需翻译。
Preferred Qualifications (优先条件)
Experience working in import, retail, building materials, manufacturing, or trading industry is preferred.
有进口、零售、建材、制造业或贸易行业经验者优先。Experience working in a Chinese or international company environment is preferred.
有中资企业或国际企业工作经验者优先。Familiar with operational finance, budgeting, internal control, and cross-department coordination.
熟悉运营财务、预算管理、内部控制及跨部门协调工作。Experience working closely with Chinese Directors or senior management is an advantage.
有与中国高层管理人员直接合作经验者优先。Candidates with strong execution, leadership, and management capability will be prioritized.
执行力强、管理能力优秀者优先考虑。
