Channel Manager (Retail Expansion)
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and develop new electrical retailers and distributors across Indonesia.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, WhatsApp, email, and fieldcoordination.
• Build and manage a qualified prospect database and sales pipeline.
• Execute dealer recruitment and onboarding programs.
• Collaborate with Area Sales to expand market coverage.
• Maintain CRM records and provide market insights.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in channel sales, business development, or B2B sales.
• Experience with distributors or retail channels is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable with outbound sales.
• Willing to travel when required.
