Field Service Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead field service operations, supervise technical teams, and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) systems. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver excellent operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field service technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Plan and coordinate installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

• Monitor equipment performance and provide technical solutions to operational issues.

• Prepare and review installation reports, commissioning reports, analysis reports, and daily field reports.

• Coordinate with customers regarding operational performance, technical issues, and HSE compliance.

• Manage field inventory, resources, and work schedules to maximize operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and quality procedures.

• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coach, develop, and evaluate field service personnel to improve technical competency and performance.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
