PCP Engineer / Specialist

We are seeking an experienced PCP Engineer to support the engineering, operation, and optimization of Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for well performance analysis, PCP design review, installation support, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical recommendations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze well performance and evaluate PCP system performance.

• Review PCP design, equipment sizing, and equipment selection prior to installation.

• Provide technical support for PCP installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Conduct failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for PCP equipment.

• Prepare technical reports, operational analyses, and performance recommendations.

• Support new project implementation, including technical evaluation, FAT/SAT, and vendor coordination.

• Monitor PCP operational performance and recommend continuous improvements.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and quality management systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients during project execution and field activities.

• Participate in technical meetings and provide engineering support for ongoing operations.
