Parts Arrangement Staff

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical)

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Preferably Staff specialized in Parts Arrangement from Automotive Manufacturing

Main Job:

• Manage and coordinate local parts procurement to support CBU mass production activities and special event vehicles, including prototype/trial (P-Trial) units.

• Review and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) for CBU operations to ensure material availability and production readiness.

• Maintain and update material master data, including lot sizes, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), delivery schedules, and lead times to support accurate planning and procurement processes.

• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and alignment of production and material requirements.
