Production Scheduling Staff

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical)

• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Preferably Staff specialized in Production Process from Automotive Manufacturing

• Good knowledge for lean Manufacture

Main Job:

• Coordinate and manage production scheduling activities within the Production Scheduling System to ensure efficient production planning and execution.

• Develop and maintain production schedules using the Seihan System to support business objectives and production targets.

• Manage the Seihan allocation process, including coordination of production volumes by country and vehicle model, ensuring alignment with market demand and production capacity.

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate supplier meetings, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
