What you'll be doing
Supervising and managing daily accounting and finance operations within the department
Overseeing the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording
Reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving discrepancies
Preparing financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making
Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Training and mentoring finance staff members to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Monitoring budget performance and providing variance analysis to management
Processing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
Supporting tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards applicable in Indonesia
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with team members
Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance requirements
Professional certification such as ACPA or similar qualification is preferred
Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
