Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across the market.

The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B sales and comfortable working extensively in the field, especially within industries related to flavor, fragrance, essential oils, ingredients, chemical products, or customized industrial solutions. We are looking for someone proactive, responsive, and capable of building strong long-term relationships with corporate and industrial clients.

Homebase: Jakarta & Gresik

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with B2B clients across the flavour, fragrance, and chemical sectors.

• Conduct regular client visits, technical discussions, product presentations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, brand owners, and industrial customers.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, product delivery, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, customer projects, and target achievement.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy and portfolio development.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or other related fields.

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the flavour, fragrance, chemical, food ingredients, or related industries (Fresh Graduare are welcome)

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and commercial manner.

• Professional, confident, and well-presented, capable of representing the company to corporate and industrial clients.

• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Willing to relocate and travel regularly for client visits, factory visits, and business development activities.

• Willing to stay in Gresik, East Java or Jakarta
