Product Development Staff
Reporting To: Business Development Department Head
Indirect Reporting To: Marketing & Business Development Division Head
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend product improvements or new product ideas.
Support the development and enhancement of ICT products and solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and business partners during product planning and implementation.
Prepare product documentation, business proposals, and presentation materials.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Coordinate product development activities to ensure timely project execution.
Prepare periodic reports on product development initiatives and market insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or a related role.
Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), including networking, internet services, and digital solutions.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs to support product development.
Strong relationship management skills with business partners and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
