EXIM an Customs Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1.       According to changes in customs policies, adjustments in business scenarios, etc., be responsible for customs affairs research, output customs affairs solutions, and promote the implementation of customs affairs solutions;

2.       Identify  customs risk points, propose response strategies, take the lead in promoting the optimization of internal processes, and ensure the compliance of the company's goods with Chinese customs and the customs of the destination countries;

3.       Be responsible for the management of suppliers (dangerous goods packaging inspection suppliers, customs brokers, etc.);

4.       Responsible for the management of customs compliance, the maintenance of customs system data, and the discussion of customs policies;

Requirement.

1.       Master relevant professional knowledge of customs compliance, such as tariff classification, customs valuation, preferential policies and origin management, export control, and risk management (including customs auditing and inspection).;

2.       Proficient in the general theories and rules of customs compliance in the industry and European and American countries, and familiar with the latest global trade trends;

3.       Familiar with the requirements of the advanced AEO certification of the customs, and participated in the advanced AEO certification project during the working period;

4.       Proficient in using various office software (especially EXCEL operation);

5.       Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics management, logistics engineering, supply chain management or related fields

6.       Have more than 5 years of customs affairs experience, be familiar with the import and export customs procedures and customs supervision requirements, and have rich experience in the compliance of customs affairs for different trade methods;

7.       Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written.

8.       Strong data analysis ability, stress resistance, logical thinking ability, and good at cross-departmental communication.

9.       Placement in South Jakarta, but requires temporary training in Karawang
