About Us

PT Youpeng Informasi Teknologi (YPIT) is a telecommunication contractor company specializing in network infrastructure projects across Indonesia. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Payable Staff to join our Finance team.

Job Responsibilities

• Process and manage all company account payable transactions accurately and on time.

• Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.

• Operate KlikBCA Bisnis for daily payment transactions.

• Verify invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate AP records and filing systems.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment matters.

• Assist in month-end closing and AP reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Payable Staff.

• Mandatory experience using KlikBCA Bisnis for corporate banking transactions.

• Good understanding of the Account Payable process and financial documentation.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
