S1 from Material/Metallurgy Engineering
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies, especially for automobile parts or steel sheets, will be advantage
Hard worker, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
Having good communication skill and able to work as a team
Having good analytical and problem solving skills
Having good computer skill, advance Ms. Excel
Able to speak English both verbal & written (will be nice if can speak Japanese)
Willing to undergo an offline recruitment process in Bekasi
Willing to work in Bekasi

Preparing manufacturing instruction sheets based on customer request
Maintain & develop the quality assurance system based on related regulations & standards
Reduction of defects, investigation to determine causes and implementation of solution
