PROJECT BASED
Tugas dan tanggung jawab:
Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
Melakukan Analisa Klaim
Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi
Membuat reporting
