IT Staff

Requirement :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT field.

• Proficient in IT hardware & software (installation, troubleshooting, repair).

• Basic Knowledge of networking (OSI & TCP/IP Model, IP Addressing, Routing, Switching, Firewall, Troubleshooting)

Job Description :

• Config & manage AP/Switch (Ubiquiti/UniFi, TP-Link, Cisco), Mikrotik, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Policy, & Web Filtering.

• Manage Fortigate Firewall & Kaspersky Antivirus.

• Hardware & Software: IT hardware/software installation & troubleshooting (PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Label Printers, Scanners).

• Manage servers, networks, internet, email, CCTV, and access control.

• Budgeting & Vendor: Handle IT budgeting, asset management, and vendor coordination.

• Understanding of data protection and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance.
