About the role

PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima (IMPERIAL GROUP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer Staff to join our Human Resources and Recruitment division, specialising in Training & Development. This is a full-time position based in Palmerah, Jakarta Raya.

As Trainer Staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing our workforce by designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes that enhance employee skills, knowledge and performance. This position is essential to our organisational success, directly contributing to talent development, employee engagement and the achievement of our strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programmes tailored to meet organisational needs and individual employee development requirements

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions utilising a variety of instructional methods and multimedia resources

• Assess training effectiveness through evaluation tools, feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement

• Identify training needs through consultation with department managers and analysis of employee performance gaps

• Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance and participant progress

• Collaborate with senior management and departmental heads to align training initiatives with business objectives

• Develop training materials, manuals, presentation slides and other educational resources

• Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees to reinforce learning and facilitate skill application

• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training methodologies to enhance programme quality

• Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for training programmes and make recommendations for optimisation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Education, or any related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Human Resource Development.

• Experienced in managing the end-to-end training process, from planning to evaluation.

• Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

• Experienced in developing and creating training modules and learning materials.

• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) to create engaging training materials.

• Creative, proactive, and passionate about people development.
