Finance Staff - AR

About the role

PT Samudra Utama Narapati is seeking a Finance Staff - AR to join our team in Jakarta Barat. This full-time role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control processes to support the overall financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit management

2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions

3. Generating and analysing accounts receivable reports to identify trends and issues

4. Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing and payment disputes

5. Assisting with cash flow forecasting and working capital management

6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit and collections

7. Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the accounts receivable process

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial issues

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

4. Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records

6. Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and credit management principles

7. A collaborative and customer-focused approach to work
