HR Administration Officer

HR OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

PT Meinhardt Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented, organised, and responsible professional to join our team as an HR Operations & Administration Officer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data, personnel files, and HR documents.

• Manage attendance, leave, permission, overtime, and time in lieu administration.

• Prepare monthly payroll supporting data.

• Collect and submit BPJS data to the Payroll team.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Manage contract administration, document signing, filing, and contract tracking.

• Monitor probation periods, contract expiry dates, training, and employee certifications.

• Support health insurance and employee benefit administration

• Prepare headcount and HR operational reports.

• Maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.

• Good understanding of employee administration, attendance, leave, payroll support, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Detail-oriented, organised, communicative, and able to work under deadlines.

• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Experience in an engineering consultancy, construction, consulting, or project-based company is an advantage.

• Good written and spoken English is an advantage.
