Warehouse Operator

Inspect the quality and quantity of incoming goods and raw materials.

Arrange and store raw materials and goods in the warehouse according to company procedures.

Ensure the safety of goods and raw materials during inspection, handling, and transportation.

Keep warehouse items organized, pack finished goods, and prepare shipments for dispatch.

Perform goods receiving and issuing activities and monitor inventory on a weekly and monthly basis.

Verify incoming quantities against supporting documents and actual receipts, and notify the relevant departments of any discrepancies.

Assist in stocktaking activities and ensure physical inventory matches warehouse records.

Check warehouse receiving and issuing documents, update stock records, prepare and maintain warehouse documentation.

Maintain warehouse storage standards and manage inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle. Monitor product shelf life or expiration dates where applicable.

Comply with fire prevention, fire protection, and warehouse safety regulations, ensuring strict adherence to warehouse safety requirements.

Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports (Receiving – Issuing – Stock Balance) and provide information to relevant departments.

Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with the 5S methodology.

Operate forklifts safely in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
