Civil Officer

Responsibilities :

The Civil Officer is responsible for developing and managing preventive maintenance plans for the estate's civil infrastructure, as well as responding to and resolving tenant complaints related to civil infrastructure damage. The role supervises civil vendors and contractors, including quality control and field inspection of their work, and conducts routine inspections of civil infrastructure across the estate. The Civil Officer also manages technical drawing documentation, including as-built drawings and estate layouts.

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil works.

• Able to read civil working drawings, calculate volumes, and evaluate work progress.

• Proficient in using CAD (e.g. AutoCAD) for technical drawings.

• Familiar with quality control principles and field inspection.

• Working knowledge of civil support tools and heavy equipment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards is an advantage.
