Job Description
Prepare regulatory documents for BPOM and Ministry of Health (KEMENKES) product registration.
Handle licensing and registration processes for all OT Group products with relevant authorities (BPOM, KEMENKES, and other agencies).
Maintain and update the licensing and regulatory database.
Build and maintain good relationships with government institutions and regulatory authorities.
Communicate and disseminate the latest regulatory updates to relevant business units.
Assist the Legal Manager/Supervisor in handling licensing and regulatory matters.
Prepare and organize legal and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Fresh graduates are preferable
Strong understanding of licensing and regulatory processes, particularly BPOM registration, is an advantage.
Good administrative, documentation, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with government agencies and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing to be placed at OT Group Head Office, West Jakarta. Available for offline interview
Open to travel domestically for work purposes
