Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's Degree Majoring , Metallurgy Engeneering / Mechanical Engineering.
Understanding the fundamentals of the non-ferrous metal casting process.
Familiar with computer operational (ms office, autocad).
Fresh graduate are welcome / Working experience 1-2 years.
Active in English (verbal and written) Min. Intermediate skill.
Understand the principles of tools calibration.
Leadership skill and good communication.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage and validate daily production data for Line P1 and Line P2.
Analyze production-related issues and provide troubleshooting support in collaboration with relevant departments.
Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity, efficiency, and process performance.
Control and maintain inventory of production equipment and materials.
Monitor the condition, performance, and reliability of key production equipment and machinery.
Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
