PPIC Supervisor

Job Purpose

To oversee end-to-end production planning, raw material scheduling, warehouse management, and comprehensive inventory control—including packaging consumables and engineering spare parts—for the rubber processing facility. Ensure optimal stock levels of raw crumb rubber (bokar) and finished SIR 20 products while leveraging enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency and prevent downtime.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Production & Inventory Planning: Develop master production schedules based on sales forecasts, market demand, and raw material availability.

System Operations (SAP / WMS): Manage all inventory movements, stock ledger entries, production orders, and material reconciliations using SAP or dedicated Warehouse Management Software (WMS).

Raw Material Management: Coordinate closely with procurement and supplier relations regarding the intake, inspection, and staging of raw materials (bokar).

Warehouse Control: Supervise raw material, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts warehousing to maintain strict inventory accuracy, proper bin locations, FIFO compliance, and physical security.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, maintenance, and logistics teams to align delivery schedules, material availability, and inventory holding costs.

Reporting & Auditing: Generate regular inventory variance reports, cycle count results, production throughput metrics, and system-to-physical reconciliation audits.
