HSE Officer (Contract)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified as OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) by the Ministry of Manpower.
- Additional certifications such as Work at Height, Basic Fire Fighting, or Basic First Aid are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Knowledge of Solar Power Plant projects is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of applicable local regulations and international standards in HSE and ESG.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with keen attention to detail.
- Willing to travel and work on-site in different locations.

Job Description:
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE and ESG management systems in alignment with applicable laws and international standards.
- Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, identify potential risks, assess hazards, recommend preventive measures, and support internal audits.
- Participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal departments, contractors, and external partners to integrate HSE and ESG practices into all operations.
- Prepare and manage HSE reports to ensure effective documentation.
- Deliver training and promote awareness of HSE and ESG standards to workers.
