Commercial Procurement Staff

Job Summary!
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Commercial Staff to support our procurement and commercial operations. This role is responsible for sourcing and evaluating suppliers, managing procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial value.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders and procurement documentation, in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor order status, delivery schedules, and product quality.

• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and product data, as well as prepare procurement reports and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.

• Experience in supplier sourcing, purchase order management, procurement documentation, and supplier coordination.

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel for business purposes.
