LEIC - Logistic Junior Staff
Requirement
D3 in Logistics, industrial engineering, industry management
Proficient in English
Basic understanding of import-export processes and custms clearance (PIB)
Familiar with import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/AWB, COO)
Understanding of HS Code classification and import regulations is a plus
Familiar with customs systems (CEISA) adn ERP systems (BaaN/SAP) is prefered
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis)
Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (supplier, forwader, internal teams)
Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines
Understand supply chain, Production planning and inventory control (PPIC).
Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
