Job Description

• Prepare transport quotations, cost calculations, and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis for transportation services.

• Process and monitor transport orders to ensure timely and accurate execution.

• Coordinate with customers, transport vendors, drivers, and the Operations team regarding shipment schedules and delivery status.

• Maintain transport documents, shipment records, and administrative files in an organized manner.

• Prepare transportation reports, operational reports, and cost reports.

• Support the Transport team with administrative tasks, including document processing, purchase requests (PR), and other operational documentation.

• Update and maintain transport data, customer records, and operational databases.

• Ensure all transport documentation complies with company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Transport, Logistics, or Administrative Staff.

• Possess basic English proficiency (spoken and written) for communication and administrative tasks.

• Possess strong communication skills to coordinate with customers, transport vendors, and internal operations teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for data processing and report preparation.

• Possess strong administrative, document filing, and reporting skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
