F & A GM

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting from reputable universities

- Min 15 years of experience in relevant field with at least 5 years as F & A General Manager or 2 years as F & A Director in large group of companies

- Preferably candidates who has experience in reputable Accounting Firm with Manufacturing Clients portfolio

- Have good analytical and investigate skill

- Good personal and interpersonal communication skill

- Able to work effectively with self-driven personal

- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

KEY AREA RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide leadership to finance, accounting and tax areas of the organization

- Ensure good control in finance , accounting and tax  related activities

- Direct and coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statement and analysis, audited consolidated financial statements and handle tax & customs audit in accordance with Indonesian Taxation & Customs Laws

- Provide budget (yearly basis and mid yearly revised) and analysis

- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy to improve results

- Other ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned
