Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities: 

 ·      Research, identifying and targeting ideal customer profiles using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo

·        Qualifying and contacting prospects who have downloaded resources, signed up for trials, or requested information thru marketing source

·        Engaging potential buyers via cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling

·       Service existing customers and renewal of annual software services contract

·       Develops accounts by providing value added customer service care and introducing new solution to our existing customer base

·        Attending to customer enquiries and act as a point of contact to our technical team

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams

·       Assist to invite existing customer to Marketing activities, seminars/ tradeshows invite. 

·       Update activities and customer information into data base

·       Prepare quotation, negotiation and close deal thru zoom
