Production Manager

• Monitoring, planning, and controlling all the activities in the production section, including the production target, productivity, shipping, cost down, safety, and manpower

• Prepare the monthly and annual operational budget, and also support the cost-efficiency

• Ensure production runs on schedule and target achieved, both quality and quantity

• Build a harmonious relationship with employees in its section and evaluate their work periodically

• Analyze using 5W + 1H & PDCA

• Optimasi Alur & Kapasitas Produksi (Process & Layout Optimization)

• Peningkatan Efisiensi Tenaga Kerja & Produktivitas

• Eliminasi Pemborosan (Waste Elimination & Lean Manufacturing)

• Pengendalian Mutu (%NG Reduction)

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management

• 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the garment manufacturing industry

• Strong analytical thinking skill & Good communication skill

• High sense of responsibility & accountability & Strong Leadership

• Understand the process and flow of Apparel Production

• Understand the process and flow of Apparel Production Problem in Department

• Understand Production Cost Management

• Capable of interpreting production reports, identifying operational issues, and making timely and effective decisions

• Possesses strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
