About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and driven Business Directory Content & Research Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind curating high-quality, engaging, and accurate listings for our business directory. Your work will directly impact how users discover brands, ensuring our directory remains a top-tier platform for business visibility.

Key responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Find Businesses: Search for and pick businesses that fit our directory categories.

• Choose Images: Pick nice, clear images that represent each business well.

• Write Descriptions: Write a short, simple summary of what the company does and what makes them special (their USP).

• Keep Data Clean: Make sure all details, spelling, and categories are accurate and neat.

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic Marketing Knowledge: Understands a bit about CPC ads and online marketing.

• Good Writing Skills: Can write short, clear, and easy-to-read sentences.

• Eye for Design: Knows how to pick good, attractive pictures. And able to edit the images.

• Hardworking: Able to handle research tasks efficiently and stay focused.

Key Requirements

• Digital Marketing Awareness: Familiarity with CPC (Cost-Per-Click) ads and digital marketing fundamentals to understand what makes a business profile attractive to consumers.

• Strong Writing Skills: Excellent command of English with the ability to write sharp, persuasive, and clear micro-copy and business summaries.

• Design Sensibility: A sharp eye for good design, visual aesthetics, and clean layout presentation when selecting business imagery.

• Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and hardworking with a proven ability to manage high-volume research tasks efficiently.
