Restaurant Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wahaha Seminyak Badung Bali. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and smooth running of our busy restaurant operation.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the work of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
Ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for food, beverages, and supplies as needed
Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Providing support and guidance to the restaurant manager as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
