We are looking for a passionate and motivated HR Staff to support various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, development, and HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation, including employment contracts, probation evaluations, employee data updates, and offboarding documents.
Assist in organizing training and employee development programs, maintain training records, and support performance management initiatives.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the overall Human Resources function.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Internship or organizational experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
