Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the entire production process from preparation to final output to ensure production target attainment. This role involves coordinating cross-functionally, maintaining strict quality and quantity standards, preparing comprehensive reports, and conducting root-cause analysis on any operational or quality deviations.

Role Overview
As a Extruder Lamination Production Staff, you will:

• Analyze production readiness through to final output to consistently meet established production targets.

• Coordinate actively with Shift Leaders and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operational flow and process efficiency.

• Oversee the production process to guarantee that output strictly meets quality standards while achieving quantitative volume targets.

• Compile and generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Analyze non-conformance reports and investigate root causes whenever quality issues or machine breakdowns occur.

• Analyst quality and process in extruder lamination production.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor/Diploma (D4/S1) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail in quality control.

• Proficient in statistical data analysis to monitor production performance, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement.

• Mastered in Excel, specifically in using Pivot Tables and data modeling for efficient reporting.

• Adequate knowledge of flexible packaging work process.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform root-cause analysis on operational deviations.

• Highly results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals, and

• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities.

Additional Requirements
Some of the skills that will give you an advantage over other candidates:

• Experience in extruder lamination process, particularly in packaging or manufacturing industries.

• Proficient in operating and understanding the QAD Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for production tracking and inventory management.

• Preferably able to drive and has a valid driving license (SIM A),

• Professional proficiency in English, and

• Proven track record with extensive experience in the flexible packaging industry.
