Multi Bintang Indonesia is currently building a talent pool for Administrative positions to support various functions across our business operations. By joining this talent pool, your profile will be considered for current and future administration opportunities based on business needs and role availability.

Work Location

Selected candidates may be assigned to one of our locations, including:

📍 Tangerang Brewery (Tangerang, Banten)
📍 Talavera Office (Jakarta Selatan)
📍 Sampangagung Brewery (Mojokerto, East Java)

Location placement will be determined based on business requirements, role availability, and candidate suitability.

Employment Arrangement

Please note that opportunities within this talent pool may be offered under different employment arrangements, depending on the specific role and business needs:

• Direct employment with Multi Bintang Indonesia, or

• Outsourced employment through an appointed service provider partner supporting Multi Bintang Indonesia's operations.

Some positions may also be offered on a contract-based arrangement, where employment is provided for a fixed period and may be subject to extension based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to business functions and project teams.

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.

• Manage data entry, validation, and reporting activities.

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.

• Support procurement, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Detail-oriented with good data management capabilities.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Jakarta, or Mojokerto based on business needs.
