Purchasing Staff
Job Description:
Prepare daily purchasing reports, monitor order processing, and ensure document completeness.
Create Purchase Orders (POs) and schedule delivery arrivals.
Schedule and reschedule Purchase Orders based on production/order planning.
Coordinate with other departments regarding delivery information and requirements related to purchase orders.
Carry out the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process according to the supervisor's instructions.
Take corrective actions and coordinate the resolution of issues involving shortages, quality problems (based on NCRs), and delivery issues.
Communicate daily NCR (Non-Conformance Report) information to vendors and conduct vendor visits for quality audits.
Maintain and file Purchase Orders, quotations, and all related purchasing documents.
Report directly to the Purchasing Supervisor.
Prepare daily reports on goods received and daily Purchase Order data.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and evaluations, including price trends, order allocation, and documentation of all purchasing issues and problems.
Understand and implement the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Policy and Quality Objectives of PT Lion Wings with full responsibility.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Food Technology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
Fresh graduate up to 1 year of experience as Staff Purchasing.
Strong in analytical data and processing, cooperative, good communication, good negotiatiator, likes working behind a desk, in front of a laptop, in the office.
Able to work following the changes and dynamics of dynamic regional and global business.
Able to speak English/Mandarin.
Disciplined, honest, creative, eager to learn, and able to work in a team
Familiar with SAP system will be a plus point.
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Min Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table and Macros).
