Management Trainee

Qualifications:

1.       Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields

2.       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

3.       Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

4.       Experience or familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Accurate Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

5.       Good command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

6.       Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

7.       Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented with strong willingness to learn and develop.

8.       Willing to travel to project sites as required.

Job Descriptions:

1.       Support daily operational activities and business processes across assigned functions.

2.       Prepare reports, documentation, and data analysis to support business decisions.

3.       Assist supervisors and management in monitoring ongoing activities and achieving business objectives.

4.       Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective coordination and operational efficiency.

5.       Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to support business growth.

6.       Perform other strategic and operational duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
