This position is work-from-home and based in a remote office in Batam for a company established in 2008 with its headquarters in Singapore.

Job Description
Liaise with local (Singapore) and overseas logistics partners
Prepare necessary export/import documents (CEISA, Import LCL, Export LCL, AWB, B/L, Packing List, PPFTZ), and necessary insurance
Manage daily import/export operations, including handling air and sea shipments, etc
Communicate with local transporters, forwarders and track shipment status
Prepare customs declaration documents (box lists, invoices, declarations, etc.).
Verify bills of lading and oversee their release.
Perform additional administrative tasks related to customs and shipping.
Monitor export and import activities to ensure they adhere to schedules.
Prepare and submit reports on export/import activities.
Requirements
Strong latest Incoterms knowledge for international shipments.
Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Prior experience in a shipping company.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
