We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our program and develop into future Store Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.

• Operate the cashier system and process customer payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and dining areas.

• Support the daily operations of the outlet.

• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, responsible, and able to work well in a team.

• Applicants must be comfortable working in a karaoke bar environment and on evening/night shifts.

• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
