Treasury & Cash Management Manager

• Manage global treasury and cash management operations to ensure optimal liquidity, efficient cash utilization, and adequate funding across all business entities.

• Support the Head of Treasury in executing global treasury strategies, funding initiatives, and cash management projects aligned with the company's financial objectives.

• Oversee daily global cash positioning and liquidity management, including cash pooling, intercompany funding, and cross-border fund movements.

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting models to enhance liquidity planning and working capital management.

• Manage global banking operations, including domestic and international payments, collections, bank account administration, and multi-currency cash transactions.

• Coordinate and maintain relationships with global and regional banking partners to ensure efficient banking services, treasury solutions, and operational excellence.

• Execute foreign exchange (FX) risk management activities by monitoring FX exposures, preparing exposure analysis, and implementing approved hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks.

• Monitor global foreign exchange markets, interest rate movements, and macroeconomic developments to assess potential financial risks and recommend appropriate treasury actions.

• Support corporate financing activities, including loan administration, trade finance facilities, revolving credit facilities, covenant monitoring, and financing documentation.

• Ensure effective management of multi-currency liquidity and optimize global cash deployment to support business operations while minimizing funding costs.

• Maintain treasury policies, internal controls, and governance standards to ensure compliance with corporate policies, banking regulations, and local regulatory requirements across all operating countries.

• Drive treasury process improvements through automation, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP integration, payment optimization, and digital treasury initiatives.

• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow analysis, FX exposure reports, liquidity dashboards, and management reports for the Head of Treasury and senior leadership.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate Finance, preferably within a multinational company.

• Proven experience managing multi-currency treasury operations, global cash management, and cross-border payment activities.

• Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) exposure management, hedging instruments, derivatives, and financial market risks.

• Experience in liquidity management, cash forecasting, cash pooling, intercompany financing, and working capital optimization.

• Hands-on experience with corporate financing, trade finance, banking facilities, and debt administration.

• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP treasury modules (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and treasury automation projects.

• Strong knowledge of international banking practices, SWIFT payment infrastructure, and global treasury operations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.

• Fluent in English is mandatory. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
