About the Role
Are you a strategic, adaptive, and visionary HR leader ready to drive organizational transformation and optimize human capital development? Enchanting Valley is seeking a highly competent Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will lead the planning and implementation of HR Business Unit strategies, align local initiatives with corporate HR goals, and champion organizational excellence while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will oversee and manage all HR functions at the Business Unit level, including:
HR Strategy & Organization Development: Propose HR policies, strategic goals, and priorities; recommend optimal organizational structures to streamline business processes, and design comprehensive job descriptions.
Manpower Acquisition: Develop annual manpower plans based on business strategies, manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection cycle (from shortlisting to final offering), evaluate the financial impacts of hiring decisions, and oversee the induction and orientation programs for new hires.
Learning & Development: Identify employee competency gaps, develop training syllabi aligned with business needs, manage the annual L&D budget, and regularly evaluate training vendors to ensure high-quality development programs.
Talent & Career Management: Execute succession planning for key positions, establish talent pool frameworks, and analyze performance data to support objective career movements such as promotions, rotations, transfers, and demotions.
Performance Management System: Manage the complete Key Performance Indicator (KPI) cycle from planning to performance evaluation, ensuring objective, evidence-based results to support the company's reward systems.
Remuneration (Payroll & Benefits): Oversee payroll administration, income tax calculations (PPh 21), salary structures, and manage statutory employee benefits (such as BPJS Health/Employment) as well as corporate wellness programs.
Employment Relations: Foster a harmonious and conducive industrial relations environment, facilitate the resolution of employment disputes, and legally manage employee separation processes (including exit interviews and asset clearance).
HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices within the Business Unit strictly comply with current Indonesian labor laws and remain aligned with Head Office directives.
Required Qualifications
Formal Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager overseeing a Business Unit (experience in hospitality, leisure, theme parks, or large-scale retail industries is highly preferred).
Language Skills: Strong conversational English proficiency for professional reporting, handling expatriate coordination, or corporate alignment.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws, industrial relations practices, and current employment regulations.
Proven track record in strategic manpower planning, talent management systems, and KPI implementation.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
