About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who believes that hiring the right people is one of the most important decisions a company can make.
This is more than a recruitment role.
You'll work closely with our founder to identify, interview, and recruit outstanding people who align with Agape's culture and long-term vision. You'll learn how we evaluate character, attitude, leadership potential, and cultural fit—not just technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all Agape brands.
Source high-quality candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Assess candidates based on both competency and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview schedules with department leaders.
Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future expansion.
Improve recruitment strategies to attract A-players.
Create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Assist with onboarding and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Work closely with management to anticipate future hiring needs.
