About The Role
We are seeking an Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting smooth company operations by managing documents, handling office administrations, assisting with basic financial records, and coordinating with related divisions and external parties.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Administration/Management/Human Resources/Accounting
At least 1 year or experience in general administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Spreadsheets, Google docs) and using Google Workspace, Notion, etc.
Detail-oriented, organized, good communication skills, fluent in Indonesian, English or Korean, able to multitask
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Honest, responsible, and highly committed
Responsibilities
Manage and organize company documents (both physical and digital)
Handle incoming/outgoing letters, emails, and other administrative correspondence
Arrange office operational needs (stationary, work equipment, inventory)
Assist with financial records (petty cash, reimbursements, operational expenses, invoices, salary)
Support HR administrations (attendance, leave, overtime, employment contracts)
Support General Affair administrations (schedule tickets, meetings, supporting documents, etc)
Manage end-to-end immigration processes
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external parties regarding company needs
Prepare routine administrative reports for management
