Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing and/or General Affair.
Experience in purchasing technical equipment, tools, or engineering-related materials will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work with numbers.
Familiar with Accurate Accounting Software.
Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Manage and process purchase requests for goods and services (local and import) according to company requirements.
Handle procurement activities for operational and General Affair needs.
Conduct vendor/supplier comparison, price negotiation, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Warehouse/Inventory and Finance teams regarding goods receiving and payment processes.
Manage company asset records and support periodic inventory reporting.
Monitor company vehicle administration, insurance validity, and renewal processes.
Assist in regular warehouse stock opname activities.
