About the role
PT Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is seeking a dedicated QHSE Administrator to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality, health, safety and environmental standards across all operations. As QHSE Administrator, you will be responsible for managing documentation, implementing compliance procedures, and ensuring that our organisation meets all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position is fundamental to protecting our workforce, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the strategic objectives of PT Altus Logistics Services Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and update all QHSE documentation, records and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
Develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures and documentation systems
Prepare and manage QHSE reports, metrics and performance dashboards for senior management review
Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is readily available and properly organized
Support the implementation of health and safety protocols, including incident reporting and investigation documentation
Maintain document control systems, including version control, archiving and retrieval of critical QHSE records
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality, health, safety and environmental performance
Assist in the development and delivery of QHSE training materials and awareness programmes
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports
Support management in developing corrective and preventive action plans based on documented findings
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in QHSE administration or a similar compliance and documentation management role
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is advantageous
Certification in QHSE or related fields (such as AQSE, IOSH or equivalent) is preferred
