Warehouse Logistic Procurement Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering or any related.

• At least 3 years of work experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Proven experience working as a Category Transport Procurement Staff, Logistic Staff, Vendor Management Staff, or Transport Planner.

• Solid understanding of basic procurement processes.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Procure transportation services, including trucking, expedition, courier, or 3PL (Third Party Logistics).

• Source and compare multiple transport vendors during the vendor selection process.

• Manage and coordinate daily activities with transportation vendors.

• Prepare and submit vendor selection proposals by considering all relevant business aspects.

• Create Purchase Orders (PO) or Work Orders (for goods and services) and issue them to vendors.

• Verify vendor invoices and ensure the completeness of all other billing documentation.

• Conduct supplier and vendor performance evaluations in accordance with established company guidelines.

• Handle and follow up on complaints regarding delivery claims until the issues are fully resolved.
