Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering or any related.
At least 3 years of work experience in procurement or purchasing.
Proven experience working as a Category Transport Procurement Staff, Logistic Staff, Vendor Management Staff, or Transport Planner.
Solid understanding of basic procurement processes.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities:
Procure transportation services, including trucking, expedition, courier, or 3PL (Third Party Logistics).
Source and compare multiple transport vendors during the vendor selection process.
Manage and coordinate daily activities with transportation vendors.
Prepare and submit vendor selection proposals by considering all relevant business aspects.
Create Purchase Orders (PO) or Work Orders (for goods and services) and issue them to vendors.
Verify vendor invoices and ensure the completeness of all other billing documentation.
Conduct supplier and vendor performance evaluations in accordance with established company guidelines.
Handle and follow up on complaints regarding delivery claims until the issues are fully resolved.
